Inspection & Analysis of Incoming Raw Materials

Impact Test

Using a hydraulic machine capable of pressing up to 15MPa, we test the fusion performance of the enameled panels.

1500V Holiday Test

We conduct a 1500V holiday test on both sides of all enameled sheets to detect any discontinuities or defects.

This guarantees that every sheet delivered is in perfect condition.

Fish Scale Test

A standard enameled panel is fired at 400℃ for one hour to check for fish scale issues.

This ensures the structural integrity of the enamel coating.

Tank Color Consistency

We use a colorimeter to test both color pigments and enameled sheets, ensuring consistent color shades across different batches and thicknesses.

Coating Thickness Measurement

Our technicians use coating thickness gauges to verify that the enamel coating thickness is within the standard range.

This ensures optimal corrosion resistance and durability.

Acid & Alkali Resistance Test

We test the enameled panels using 10% citric acid and 10% sodium carbonate solutions to evaluate their resistance to acids and alkalis.

This ensures our tanks are suitable for harsh chemical environments.
