    Steel Pre-treatment – Shot Blasting


    Steel panels undergo shot blasting according to SSPC SP10 standards, achieving a silver-white surface free of impurities.

    Prepares the steel surface for optimal enamel adhesion.

    Arch Bending


    Steel panels are arch bent to the required radian based on the tank diameter.

    Ensures the structural integrity and proper fit of the panels during assembly.

    Automatic Enamel Spraying


    Glass coating is automatically sprayed onto both sides of the steel panels.

    Coating thickness is controlled within 230 to 450 microns for optimal protection and durability.

    High Temperature Tunnel Oven


    Enameled panels are fired in a tunnel oven at temperatures ranging from 820℃ to 930℃.
