Glass-lined Steel Potable Storage Tanks are created by fusing of enamel and steel plate at
820°C-930°C high temperature to achieve the best properties of
both, which combines the strength and flexibility of steel and the
corrosion resistance of glass and provides many advantages over
standard epoxy coated or welded painted storage tanks.

solution.
High anti-acid corrosion
The glass lining forms a hard, inert barrier for both the interior
and exterior tank surfaces to guard against weather and corrosion.
This chemical bond strength is many times the holding strength of
the conventional mechanical bond and prevents any undercutting of
the coating which can allow spreading of corrosion on the primary
steel material.
Easy to install
When comes to installation, we will send out installation guide to
be on site to train the local workers how to assemble the tanks. In
contrast, Field-welded steel tanks are welded by trained and
licensed welders, which cost a lot of money and time that might
otherwise be better spent elsewhere. This results in an
installation process that is quick and easy, far faster than the
installation of concrete or welded tanks, and it is not subject to
the weather delays that often stall the installation of competing
designs.
